ARTS AT THE AIRPORT
Established in 1988, the Arts at the Airport Founda-
tionis an ever-growing, ever-changing showcase of
Tennessee’s cultural heritage and creative talents.
The terminal and surrounding facilities at Nashville
International Airport were designed to incorporate
rotating public art exhibitions and permanent acquisi-
tions for the enjoyment and enrichment of passengers
and visitors.
Arts at the Airport (AaA) is requesting proposals from artists to be considered for
upcoming exhibitions at the Nashville International Airport.

ARTS AT THE AIRPORT
Established in 1988, the Arts at the Airport Founda-
tionis an ever-growing, ever-changing showcase of
Tennessee’s cultural heritage and creative talents.
The terminal and surrounding facilities at Nashville
International Airport were designed to incorporate
rotating public art exhibitions and permanent acquisi-
tions for the enjoyment and enrichment of passengers
and visitors.
Arts at the Airport receives funding for the visual
arts from the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority
(MNAA) and the Tennessee Arts Commission.
ELIGIBILITY ..
Open to artists residing in Tennessee or with a strong
connection to Tennessee. Eligible artists include:
• Artists working in 2-dimensional media
including photography.
• Artists working in 3-dimensional media. Suspended
installations and sculpturewill also be considered.
• Community groups, non-profit organizations, univer-
sities and other groups with a Tennessee connection
are encouraged to submit art exhibit proposals.
